Four Roses Single Barrel is now on the back bar – I recommend trying it in a Boulevardier Cocktail with Campari and Sweet Vermouth!

We also have a Gin Appreciation Evening coming up on October 5th from 6.30pm – 8.30pm (approx finish) at a cost of $60pp.

Participants will enjoy an aperitif on arrival; a demonstration and tasting of three different techniques used to make three classic martini style cocktails based on Tanqueray Gin; a brief discussion on types of gin (old world and new world) with Tanqueray #10 and tonic; and some tasty bar snacks.
